the gym was excellent and in a great location walking across the bridge over the greenery and the water fall was absolutely amazing. the absolute best way to start the day.

All of the hotel staff was extremely friendly including the maid in the hallway (that alone made our stay more enjoyable) Our room had noticeably been updated and was very clean and nice. We will plan to stay at this hotel again in the future.

The staff was excellent! The location was great, close proximity to Union Station where we were attending a wedding. We used the Link walkway as it was rainy and cool outside, perfect way to get to the event. We enjoyed the shops in Crown Center on the Westin hotel site!

huge amount of space and facilities that my kids loved to explore! having a restaurant, bar, breakfast/coffee, pool, workout facility, and more on site was wonderful. my kids loved the waterfall wall

Breakfast was excellent, we upgraded to a corner King room, and breakfast was included. It was nice to have a full breakfast to start the day. Omelet, French Toast, Bacon and Biscuits and Gravy along with Coffee, Juice and Waters. There were other choices for Breakfast as well including a fruit meal. Staff was extremely friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Also, nice to have the covered enclosed walk to Union Station. We enjoyed having several places within walking distance to venture out to, Union Station, and the Word War I memorial.

Location was great-many close attractions nearby within walking distance. Hotel was very nice.
